Who We Are
- Our Story
Jack & Jill Removals began in 2006, when we reflected on our many house moves. We realised that relocating wasn’t just about moving furniture—it was about transporting our entire lives, our memories, and most valued possessions. Unfortunately, we found the removals industry often treated each move as just another job and us as just another customer.
We wanted to change that. We thought about what we would have wanted from our movers and reimagined the entire process, focusing on care and personal attention. With that vision, we bought our first vehicle, “Memphis,” and with a small team—composed of family and staff who became like family—Jack & Jill Removals was born.

We learned quickly and grew steadily, expanding our fleet and our team, always prioritising people. The people whose lives we move, and the people who have joined our journey. For us, recruitment has never been about hiring removal staff—it’s been about finding individuals who share our values, and training them to become part of the Jack & Jill Removals family.
After 18 years, we handed the reins to our son, who continues to evolve the business with the same passion and dedication. With generations of transport experience behind us and a strong customer-focused foundation, Jack & Jill Removals remains committed to moving lives, not just belongings.
